Common sense would seem to dictate that since all bodies of water look
and function in pretty much the same way, it would be absurd to claim
someone committed a crime by using his God-given sense of free will and
curiosity to undertake crossing from one body of water to another. But
since the governments of the world have never paid much heed to common
sense, Fred soon finds himself being pulled out of the water by a score
of swarthy Iranian sailors. . "Ah, blessings to God and providence!" Fred cried joyfully. "You young chaps have surely rescued me from a hideous fate indeed! How can I ever repay you for your kindness!" Punches and kicks to the stomach and face were his rescuers' means of saying "You're Welcome". Their captain - a devout Shi'ite Moslem and owner of the world's largest Cabbage Patch dolls collection had these words for Fred - "Infidel dog! You shall sing like a parakeet in the morning of your vile spying activities for the imperialist western scum, or suffer the Hundred and One Deaths reserved in Islam for the vilest of sinners. Confess now!"
