Face-to-Face with the Dragon

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 66399

Fred tensed. Evidently the Dragon didn't recognize Fred as inhabiting Astra's body, or if it did, it was only playing some sort of game now. "Come closer," the Dragon ordered Fred. He approached, and his hand, Astra's hand, unconsciously strayed nearer to the warrior princess's blade. He caught himself quickly and halted this action. The Dragon was studying him, and he begin to feel very ill at ease. "You have served me well, Astra," the Dragon rumbled, the intimidating green eyes boring into Fred. "Soon, with the knight dead, and the last of your sisters about to be executed, the next phase of my plan will commence. Do not worry, little princess...when that time arrives, our deal will be done, and you will receive your reward as promised."

  1. Reward? Fred decides to talk to the Dragon further, and try to find out what sort of "reward" Astra was promised.
  2. "Only one thing," Fred says to the Dragon as he inches closer to his great adversary. "The knight isn't as dead as you think." With that, Fred draws the sword and attacks!
  3. "I know all of this," Fred says, attempting to accurately fill the role of Astra in the Dragon's eyes. "What is the real reason you summoned me here?"
