When Reaibn gets the money, he knows immediately what he wants to do. There
are a bunch of old ladies who are always staying up until who knows when in
the morning, when he is trying to sleep.* They say they are playing bridge,
but it gets awful loud! He decides to buy the ladies out, so goes to 'Ye Olde Hat Store' on 19th. He buys a dozen of them just to be safe (at 3 dollars a hat, that only cuts $30 into his $309). He then goes back to his apartment building, and knocks on his neighbors door. After a few minutes, a very sleepy old woman opens the door. "Wha'cha want?" she asks, scowling. Reaibn just grins and proffers the hats. "Here you go, for you and your bridge buddies," he says, and tips his hat. ** The old lady smiles and takes the hats from him, nodding. "Oh yes! These are quite lovely! Why, you sweet young man, how can I ever thank you?" ~This is it~ thinks Reaibn, and prepares to speak... *This is the timeline where Reaibn lost his powers to Sir Seeker on a bet, but before he showed up in the Staircase room with Josh and Scott.
