"So uhhh..." Billy said. "How did ya end up here from World War 2,
dude?" "Heh..." Daedarius said. "For me, World War 2 ended three years ago... on that cold winter night in Germany..." "We had been an SF team operating in the forests of Germany toward the end of the war. It was dangerous work but we loved it. We wanted to see the war end. There were five of us - me, O'Rourke, Smith, Ishitaka, and Bradley. We were quite a team, operating completely unsupported behind enemy lines, blowing up bridges and ammo depots, gathering intel, killing off German patrols... As I recall, that night was particularly cold. There was a slick, wet blizzard blowing in and all our supplies got soaked. And just by chance, we noticed an old German castle a bit off in the distance. So we decided to make our way over and check it out. Well, Ishitaka found the corpses first, and ran back to tell us, so we all went to check them out. That might've been our first mistake. There were bodies of the concentration camp victims stored all over that dungeon, with just no dang possible human explanation for it. Then Bradley accidentally tripped some kinda hidden switch or somethin, and the whole room rotated downward, like on a giant mechanism. So we were trapped down there, in some kinda crazy hidden dungeon below the ground, when... and ye're not gonna believe this... the bodies of those dead began to rise... and come after us." "I believe you," Fred said. "After all we've seen, how could we not?" "The d-dead rose?" Billy said, visibly frightened. "Yep. Just like in them old movies they did, howlin' and squealin' more like some kinda animal or creature. Fortunately O'Rourke got on the squad weapon right quick and started cutting them down, but what happened next was even stranger..."
