Sir Toby Is Revived

Sir Pikachu, after defeating the dragon, is granted one wish. He chooses to revive Sir Toby.
This is a mighty roar, as if a mountain was collapsing. Then Sir Toby appeared, transparent at first, then being filled in with depth and texture and color. Sir Toby sat there with a stunned look on his face. "I didn't even realize I was dead!" Then he looks around and understands the situation. "Sir Pikachu! You've destroyed the dragon! You'll be a hero!" Indeed, Sir Pikachu was. All throughout the Great Kingdom a celebration erupted. It lasted for four days and four nights.
Later...a Proffeser Oak approaches Sir Toby. It seems that, well, Sir Toby is being offered the chance to be a Pokemon trainer. Sir Pikachu would be proud to be Toby's first Pokemon. Actually, the whole purpose of having such a trainer in the Great Kingdom would be to protect the land's wild Pokemon from being kidnapped and used for nefarious purposes.
