Was Stacy an astonomer?

Stacy finds a biographical section near the back of the book. It turns out she WAS an astonomer. He name was Stacy Carmichael and she ran the astonomy division at Empire State University which was situated at the geographical north of the Bronx.

  1. Stacy takes a cab there.
  2. No, wait. Stacy realizes she DID run the astonomy division. According to the book she had died three months ago in a tragic ferry accident in South Florida.
