The three ventured downwards. They found Astra. She was still screaming.
It wasn't a scream of pain. It was a battle cry as she hurtled through a
wave of undead enemies, snapping off limbs and dropping corpses left and
right. Nomino charged ahead, laying down waves of magical blasts. Fred dove in also. Velus, who had been given equipment at the wizard's place, stayed at the rear and gave a smackdown to random zombies. In less then a minute all were destroyed. The Wizard used his magic to lighten the trail where the dragon retreated. They all went charging down the path. It had been smoothed out by hand. Because of this they were extra careful as they came to a new room. What they saw was completely unexpected...
