Blue Astra & Astra Blue

"I have saved you from a quest of murder and mayhem, I have saved you from the insanity of endless death! Soon you will forget your want of murder and seek only love." said Blue Astra.

"DAMN you!" growled Astra Blue. "What YOU have DONE is sentence my people to DEATH!"

"That, that just isn't possible," cried Blue Astra. "I only feel love, I only act out of love, I do not act out of hate."

"IDIOT!" yelled Astra Blue. "Oh, by the goddess I can FEEL the love you do - I can FEEL, yes, all the love of the universe, pouring into me..." Astra Blue shook her head. "But you only changed ME! Only my rage is keeping me sane right now--"

"NO!" said Blue Astra. "Rage is evil. Only love is good. Let go of the rage."

Astra Blue looked at Blue Astra and cried. "You still don't get it. Your pursuit of mindless love has blinded you."

"Love is not mindless it is--"

"YOUR version of love is mindless!" snapped Astra Blue. "You knew I came here to kill you, but you did not ask yourself why. You changed me without asking WHY! And now YOUR decision will result in thousands dying at the hand of the dreaded DragonMage! Thousands upon thousands!"

"You are lying!" quipped Blue Astra.

"Look me in the eye, faerie! You know I tell the TRUTH!"

Blue Astra did look, and she did see that Astra Blue was not lying. Blue Astra broke down in sobs.

"Change me back. I will not kill you, I will leave this world, but change me back so that I can save my people. You say love is important, what I do is out of love and need and hope. I am not so mad as to kill for killings sake - that is murder most foul! What I do I do to save lives, to make room for life, and to one day end the worst killer my world has ever seen. CHANGE ME BACK!"
