Scott, thinking that he won't be caught, has dropped trou, and is busy pissing into Tampa Bay.

"I don't know, Astra. What am I doing?" Scott retorts.

1. Scott is immediately arrested.
2. Astra is too embarassed to respond.
3. Sure enough, Josh Burbank walks up. "Thought I heard you, Scott! Good to see you."
4. Tampa Bay (the body of water) is declared a biological disaster area.
5. Tampa Bay gets even with Scott. A shark leaps out and bites him in the privates.
