Rikki looks toward Zane and Fred and says "We are now going to go deeper
into the depths. Things will start getting alot darker. Zane. I need you
to create a point of light."
"Consider it done." said Zane. "Also, keep a lookout above our heads. I will ready an arrow for anything we might see." Rikki adds. Zane nods and from his hands emits a bright white light that brings the cavernous shaft they are currently in to detailed clarity. Every rock, crack, and crevice can be seen...except for under the platform. "What shall I do?" Fred asks. "Being that you have no projectile weapons, just stand ready with your sword in case I miss my mark on any of the terrors that lurk these caverns." says Rikki. Fred nods and the platform begins to slowly lower itself downwards. After about half an hour of the platform descending, it begins to rumble to a stop. "Be ready for anything." Fred says to Rikki and Zane. The trio look around to find an open cavern to the south of them, the sound of rushing water coming from it...and an open cavern to the west of them, a cool rush of air blowing from it.
