Short but not so sweet...

So the priority for us dragons is to land again as soon as possible, ie as soon as they are out of the "danger zone" (as Inquirer and Elrondir put it in our impromtu mental conference just a moment earlier).

I must say that some of the terms they use can be rather . . . colorful at times. Otherwise familiar words used in different fashions that I and Mina have grown use to in "our" era, back home. However, I do hope I can be forgiven if I fail to expand upon that (and perhaps throw in a few rather droll observations about similarities Mina has made to Elrondir's taste for "heavy metal" and having lead mallets hammer away at one's ears).

No. Right now I and the others must be off right now, flying as fast as our swift wings can carry us all! Away and to a place safe enough to land and sort some things out, which I hope will be soon.

See, while right now I am sure that Inquirer has a good enough hold upon those elves she'd swept up, I cannot help but feel a bit of concern for the others who had to snatch up the unwilling "bawdy girls". While a dragon's grasp is up to the task of holding on tightly to an object even in flight, one must be careful with such delicate things as human beings!

Squeeze too tightly and you can literally squeeze the life out of them. Even moreso with these transformed people than before. Before, they were battle hardened and muscular. Now? Well . . .

Anyway, we need not say too much more about being too firm in our grasping! However, if we are too loose?

Too softly and they might manage to wiggle out of our grasp and THAT would be messy to say the least! Old chap, it is a long way down from up here.

But when we do finally land I do very much hope that some course of reasoning can be done to sway our now rather unwilling passenger foursome!

Later, at a spot deemed (hopefully) safe for the moment . . .
