The Never Ending Quest - Episode 54643

The drop of blood soaked into the page in Astra's diary where she had described her sixteenth birthday. Her diary had of course not originally been magical, but spending time in the strong field produced by all the spell-books meant that it had acquired a magical charge of its own. The combination of the blood and the magic meant that Astra found herself transported to her own bedroom, where her sixteen year old self was getting ready for her birthday party.

  1. She (whom I'm going to call "Young Astra") gasped, as a naked woman materialised in her bedroom. Then Young Astra realised that she recognised the woman. It was herself! Albeit four or five years older.
  2. Since Astra was still only mouse sized, Young Astra didn't notice her.
