Sir Josh's armor is sopping and so is his underclothes.
Astra assures him he can start a fire in this area and dry off. There are very simple protective wards here, for the dragon does not wish any harm to come to Astra and he also knows she enjoys this spot as a bathing place.
Sir Josh wishes to dry off but he would be exposed to the lady.

  1. He does so anyway.
  2. He 'trades' out, so as to always be covered.
  3. Fortunately, Astra had a large towel. It was magical, showing whatever comforted the user.
  4. Sir Josh realizes his last layer of underclothes is bone dry. This is confusing.
