The Even More Dull Religious Music Programme, or TEMDRMP.FM as it likes
to fashion itself in these modern hi-tech times, is the radio station of
choice for those who find The Dull Religious Music Programme to be overly
cheerful and a tad impious. Its playlist consists of the playing
of a
single piece of "music", which comprises the most unpleasant sounds known
to the
human ear and has no ending: the idea being that a bit of perpetual
suffering will do some
good for the worthless Hell-bound sinners who tune in. A neat feature of
TEMDRMP.FM is that once the radio is tuned to that station it can never
be de-tuned, nor can it ever be turned off. After a while, when your ears have stopped bleeding (you have been forced to make earplugs out of razor blades to partially drown out the radio), you realise that this isn't good.
