Now, I am not sure of the full dynamics (fascinating though they are), but honestly I cannot say that I care to find out. I will say that it appears that there is some kind of alliance between elf and spider. Something dark and sinister, I would wager considering that all the elves here in question (male or female) out there coming OUR way . . . have disturbingly familiar inky black eyes.

Much like the kind that the aghast looking Fertal and Artizza are staring out in dread with right now! Looking at one Dark Elf in particular which I believe from prior descriptions of the chap as being Tursil?

Dare say that I now have a much fuller understanding of just why Eddie Dean (friend and fellow Gunslinger to Inquirer's adopted brother: Roland) was a little rattled from his encounter with all those Dark Elves in the rescue that netted "our" Artizza and Fertal (re: 24839).

I have to say that I have seen much over the centuries, and made a lot of enemies who wish me dead (and very painfully). However, the murder in the inky eyes of THIS lot is . . . chilling indeed.

Why they want to harm us and why act now?

Right now I don't really bloody CARE! I do know however that leaving would be an outstanding idea!!

Not bothering with pleasantries (or even warning), I take it upon myself (as leader of this group if nothing else) to do just that by pushing the Key (the remote device which we use to teleport back and forth with Dr. Vincent's inter-dimensional teleporter device).

Next thing we know is that we are all (unicorns included) back on Terra Prime. However, everyone (Champions and non-Champions) are now staring at Rule 1, who's sighing and glancing at the Crystallic that somehow is no longer in Sigin's possession. Of all, I believe that Queen Helia looks most boggled, feeling the Power radiating off the Celestrial. Falls to her knees in worship, actually (much to the Rules embarassment).

"Don't," he grumbles. "Not that kind of Power."

Turning back to my group without waiting for a response...

"For the record," the Celestrial says right before pocketing the Atlantian device (for later disposal, no Crystallics allowed upon Terra Prime now, must remember that old chap). "Yes, the Dark Elves back there were going to do you all harm . . . . if only because of what they saw as traitors in your midst after their superiors informed them of Artizza's and Fertal's special nature."

"Goodbye," he finishes up, disappearing.

1. Well, back to square one with the "bawdy girls" and all that.... At least we are narrowing down the list of candidate realities...
