"Cheese!" cried the famished Sir Fred in ecstasy. Before them in the center of the passageway sat an apparently harmless bucket of assorted cheeses.

The wizard Nomino regarded the display of dairy products warily, but confessed that although they were obviously magical, they didn't appear to be dangerous. "The dragon's power must be weakening. Or..."

Without waiting for him to complete his thought, Sir Fred, Velus and Dan Fogelbert descended on the bucket, chomping greedily. The wizard of Kamiro shrugged and helped himself to a wedge of gouda.

Minutes later, their bellies full and their colons well-plugged, the satiated group...

...forged ahead in search of Astra and the dragon.
...took a nap.
...stumbled upon a magical box of crackers.
...died of poisoning.
