At Last: The "Fred Rescues Astra From The Hell Of Blogging" Episode!
The Never Ending Quest - Episode 53291

Before Astra can type another word (and it's just as well because the
next word was going to be "OMG"), there is an explosion followed by a
crashing sound. Astra's room is filled with smoke, which soon dissipates
to reveal a man dressed in strange fantasy/medieval-style garb,
whom she instinctively knows to be called: "Fred!" "Astra!" replies the knight, striding towards her. "Hey," Astra queries, raising a hand in front of her, "how do you know my name? And how . . . do I know yours?" "It's a long story and I don't have time to explain. What I do need to do is to get you out of here. I'm afraid I'm being followed . . ." Astra is at a loss what to do. She has never met this odd man before, yet she knows his name, and also, for some reason, that she previously thought him dead. And that she trusts him with her life. Before she knows what is happening she has said "OK, lets go!" and lifted her PC's mouse to reveal on the underside a mysterious glowing gem. "The amulet of Anotnak!" Fred gasps. "Then our escape shall be so much simpler!" Fred clasps the amulet in one hand, Astra's hand in the other, and utters the magical incantation "Fishpaps!" The very fabric of reality around the couple seems to fray at the edges as the world around them shimmers out of view. Astra's last glimpse of the world she has thought of as home is her bedroom being invaded by a number of skeletal looking warriors, each bearing a scimitar and a small shield on which is embossed a stylised representation of a dragon... When reality reforms around Fred and Astra, it takes the form of a mountain valley, near the entrance to some large caverns. Astra finds more and more memories of her previous life flooding back. "Fred, what happened to me? And why aren't you dead?" Fred takes a deep breath and...
