She continued to edge to the left for what seemed like forever to her.
Evetually, she saw a small light in the distance. Excitedly, she sped up
her pace (Yet still inching along. It would be foolish not to). It wasn't long before the darkness slowly began to fade away a small bit. Astra was now now close enough to make out what was illuminating from. On top of a tall pillar stood a enourmous orb. Although she could not tell what the orb was made out of, she guessed glass or diamond. Even though the orb's light had now shown that there was no drop off on the floor, the room was still very dimly lit. Astra began to walk forward to examine the orb closer. She could now see two symetrical stair cases leading on top of the pillar on which the orb stood, but that wasn't all.The paths to the two staircases split off between left and right, but neither path was clear. To the left was what seemed to be an obstical course of some sort: Moving platoforms, chest, locked doors, crates, and weak monsters (such as commen goblins) were all set up on the floor. This was similier to the jobs the younger boys in her hometown had to complete when they did their play quest (5742).To her right lay a massive chess board, the squares so large that she could stand inside them as if she was a piece. Astra could see the life-sized chess pieces sitting, lying by the right and left ends of the giant chess board. Astra supposed that left or right were her best options since their wasn't much else for her to do.
