Fred Is Filled With Purpose

Exploration soon revealed Lord Fred was on the Eastern edge of the lands, past several small kingdoms subservient to the Great Kingdom.

Lord Fred journeys through these lands, heading towards the Southern Caves where he knew the dragon was to lurk. This time he wouldn't be fooled by an underwater current!

Lord Fred's journeys were not pleasent. He was the only survivor of a demon's attack on a village. He was lost for a week in a small rock quarry, unable to find a way out for that length of time. Three men joined him when Fred vowed to save a young girl kidnapped by a gang of rogues. The men perished in battle and the rogues were eaten by Heacate, The Goddes Of War. The girl was found, but aged ten years.
Later, on the floating river town of Benighted, Lord Fred was witness to political corruption gone rampant, ending in the death of a coven of pacifist Earth witches. The crooked rulers met an untimely fate in the waters below but it wasn't enough to salve Fred's conscience.

Three months and one day after Fred washed up on the beach, he stood in front of the dragon's caves again. He was well stocked as a knight should be. The caves, however, had changed. The plants around the entrance were dead. The walls were scrorched as if fire had washed over them. And...oh no. Ten feet in, dozens of skeletons hung, tied by one ankle to the celing above. What had gone on here?

1. Fred goes left.
2. Fred goes right.
3. Fred retreats to gather reinforcements and discover what had happened in his abscence.
4. Fred picks up a sturdy, dry tree branch and invents 'Skull Baseball'.
