Belboz smiles and responds, "Absolutely! Nothing could be easier."
Lord Frederigo stared blankly at the magician for a moment. The response didn't quite register with what he was expecting. "Uh... You... You can!?" Belboz retorts, "Yes, of course I can. Don't you think that the person who brought it into existence in the first place would have the power send it away?" Fred was still recovering from the first response, and didn't quite take in this new information right away, "You can... You have the power... Wait... What? WHAT? WHAT!? YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAGON?!?!" "Oh dear... Did I say something I shouldn't have? I keep forgetting that people don't react kindly to that bit of knowledge." Fred was fuming at this point. He was so angry he could barely stand. "Lord Fred, I urge you to forget what I've told you. I have a spell that could ease the process..." Fred's mind raced. Here was the person responsible for the dragon! Fred felt like killing him, and yet... Belboz said he had the power to send the dragon away, killing him might close off the easy possibility of a quick success. Then there was the small voice in his head that seemed conent to walk away and forget this whole conversation even occured. How do you want Lord Fred to handle the situation?
