Scared

"AAAAAaaaaiiiiiiiighhhhhhhh!" growled the troll.

"AAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaihhhhhhhhhhhh!" yelled Fred.

And so the three strange companions ran screaming and waving their arms into the sky. They ran from the two cave entrances, they ran from the rocky plateau, they ran down the rough-hewn path, they ran past the Black Inn, they ran and ran and ran, waving their arms and screaming.

They were scared!

Then they stopped running.

A battalion of knights ran up to the resting trio. Though our hero and his two companions were an odd sight, this battalion of knights took the cake. They had no horses to begin with, yet each knight had a serf by his side clapping two coconuts against his knees making a noise similar to the trot of horse's hooves. These were the Knights of Ni!

1. "We are the Knights of Ni!" declared the chief knight to Fred and his companions.
2. "Where are you horses?" asked Fred. "And what are those?" he said pointing to the serfs with coconuts.
