Toby offers to settle the lawsuit by simply handing over a Swiss Bank Account filled with all the money Josh is owed, plus ten percent.

  1. Josh agrees.
  2. Josh demands it is fifteen percent. Toby agrees and all is well.
  3. Josh demands four percent. When he is told this is less money, he screams and soils himself.
  4. Josh sues wildly.
  5. Believing 'Swiss' to be some kind of impalement torture, Josh gives up all rights to his money and, by accident, the rights to his genitals and spleen.
