Bob's Demise
The Never Ending Quest - Episode 50168

Bob smiles cheerfully and says, "Can we do it?". You shake your head
sadly and reply, "No, Bob. I'm afraid we can't." Bob is devastated. You
have bruised his fragile ego. He's never been told "no" before! At
first he stares at you in shock and confusion. Then his face contorts
into a dark rage. "Yes, we can." he grits out between his clenched
teeth. You can hear his teeth grinding and see his fists squeezing
together and turning white. "You're supposed to say, 'YES, WE CAN!'", he bellows! Then he unleashes a powerful right hook at you with the fist that's gripping his wrench! You duck low and punch him in the solar plexis! He squeaks like a girl and goes down in a half crouch, pain etched on his features. Then he snarls at you, exploding upward like a striking snake! You make a two fingered jab directly into his jugular. His throat collapses and you watch him gasp for air. You can see the denial and anger fade from his eyes only to be replaced by horror and fear. You can't watch any more. You shudder and turn away. The teen dog looks up at you with fear and awe. What will you do now?
