Fred goes back the way he came. Before he comes to more familar territory,
he encounters a triangular, six foot tall mirror set in the wall. It was
lined with black marble, which was curved in odd, confusing ways at the
corners. It hurt to look at the corners so Fred wisely deciced not to. Fred rubbed his eyes. This wasn't here before. Fred peers into the mirror. He doesn't see himself. He sees strangers. Standing around a table filled with a feast of foods of all kinds are four kids and an old man. The man is short, with a purple hat and teal robes. The youngers is about ten, with red hair, furs and an apelike face. The second oldest is a beautiful princess, also with red hair. She must be a sister to the monkey girl. She is wearing more shiny, fresh new clothes. And is execitedly showing the others some other shiny, fresh clothes. Most of her stuff is purplish also. Fred realizes he can just barely hear sounds. A low buzzing, not enough to make out the words. The last is an older male. He is smiling and happy and is quite obviously the brother to the other two. He has on a sleeveless brown shirt over rippling musicles, a short brown skirt-thing, dark leather boots and wide black and gold wrist bands. On his back in a powerful sword of legend. Fred recognizes the grip from history lessons. It is said one could talk to this sword. Though it insulted much of it's surroundings, it still was useful and powerful. Fred watches the group as they sit down and dig into the feast.
