Looking for the Parrot

Fred stayed in the library, whilst Velus led Astra in search of the
parrot. When
and if they found him, they hoped to persuade him to return with them and
act as their
interpreter. That would make things a lot easier. Apparently all the
dragon's morphs
could understand one another, regardless of species, so the parrot would
be able
to understand Astra and Velus. There was also the chance that he
might know something about the posited resistance movement.
"So where are we likely to find this parrot?" asked Astra. Velus replied:
