A Watery trap

Before the lionness knew it, she was drinking from the dolphin's stream
using her tongue as a cup. Angelica's lion fur changed into gray skin. A
fin grew out of the middle of her back. Her lower half started to resemble
a mermaid's tail. The front paws morphed into a pair of fins. Finally, her
head grew into a beak and she was completely changed into a dolphin.
Angelica didn't drink too much water so she could make humanly thought's.
The good thing was, she had been in the basis of the fountain when she had
transformed, so she had no worries of drying up. The bad thing is, she
could not leave the basis of the fountain. The water was deep enough for
her to swim around, so she could easily move explore it. She had mentally
noted a hole she hadn't noticed before in the deepest part of the water.
What should Angelica do now?
