Fred and Astra were outside with Geena and Devis. On the front lawn of
what was called a 'townhouse'. They sat in chairs designed for the lawn
and wore tinted eyewear to block much of the noonday sun. Fred had on a loose white t-shirt and blue 'jeans' shorts. Geena wore a red 'tank' top and a similar colored dress. Devis had on black everything. He liked black, even though Astra had warned him it absorbs the sun's rays. Fred sipped his ice-cold alligator aid and nodded towards a hulking mass of blue metal near the smooth road. "And that?" he said quietly. Geena followed his line of sight. "Mailbox." she said. "It is a repository of letters. They have a systems of words and codes on the front of the envelope, which helps direct the workers to deliver the letters to the right locations." Astra tugged on the stomach area of her green sundress, causing a raised eyebrow from Devis. "So." Astra said quietly. "What was the deal with the vehicle that rolled by, playing the god awful music?" "Ice cream truck." said Devis. "It sells unhealthy treats to children, with little hygenical control." "Is hygenical even a word?" asked Geena.
