Josh is made Pretty

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 47865

Instead of turning Josh into a big-breasted blonde bombshell with no clothes as most fictional devices do, Josh is just cleaned up. His hair is cut, his face shaved, his crooked, crooked teeth (Josh's parents refused to buy braces) cleaned and whitened, his clothes laundered on his body, his skin scrubbed clean and so on. After the purple lights stop flashing (and his brain stops misfiring) Josh is now as physically clean as possible to be without delving into scary unheathiness.
And he also feels about three pounds lighter in the poop storage areas of his interior biological systems.
"I BE CLEAN!" Josh shouts, in denial of the filth that had accumulated in the Staircase Room. Because one or two steps will pretty much start the filth process over again. Jerry already has a mold colony on his feet.

  1. Fortunately the Dues Ex Machina device has a 'Clean room' option.
  2. Josh activates the self-cleaning option again. His clothes are shredded, his hair is yanked out and he loses the entire top layer of his skin and ten percent of the second.
  3. Josh eats the device. It removes all the natural germy-bits a healthy body needs. Josh-based horror soon follows.
  4. How cool would it have been for the Cloverfield monster to attack Gotham City?
