That moment was four months away. By the time Scott reappears, Josh had gone mad with loneliness, though it was hard to tell. Scott sees the place is even a bigger pigsty then before, though oddly, it was clean. The random dishes in the TV section were sparkling. The pizza boxes taped to the wall were free of cheese and sausages. The cans of Pizza Ravioli had been washed out before being perched in towers on the stairs. The four garbage bins of filthy action figures had been run through the dishwasher and now there were four garbage bins of clean action figures (well, this wasn't really a mess but it was weird). And last but not least, because the author is tired of writing, the shredded paper pile near the bathroom had been raked into pleasing circular forms.

  1. Scott sees Josh, trapped in a web of lasers.
  2. Josh had hung himself weeks ago.
  3. Josh was reeking of filth, slime and gingerbread.
  4. In the months of lonliness, Josh had convinced himself he was the entire cast of Lost. Unfortunately, he was now 'Arzst'.
  5. Josh is wearing normal clothes, but inside out. Normal, except for the belt of shrunken heads and shruiken bandolier.
