Always Wash Your Hands After A Comfort Break!

"EEEURGH!" Belboz shrieks, "you've relieved yourself and then not washed your hands. I'm not taking those mushrooms from you!". And with that he slams the door right in Fred's face.

"Get him!" Fred mutters to himself, trying to convince himself he is in the right. But deep in his heart he knows he is wrong.

Especially as he now notices some strange glowing runes on the cavern wall just above the spot where he had evacuated his bladder: "NOW WASH THY HANDS!"

But there was nowhere to wash his hands - or was there?

1. Fred now notices a small stream coming from the cavern wall immediately below the runes
2. Fred could always use some of his drinking water
3. Fred wipes his hands on his trousers - surely that's good enough?
4. Before Fred can do anything he notices something strange happening to the mushrooms in his hands . . .
