...drifted into the deepest, calmest sleep she had ever known. Her ego
dissipated, her memories blurred into one final portrait that summed up
her entire life; like some kind of impressionist’s painting on the frail,
tragic canvas that is reality itself. When she ‘awoke’ she found herself
in a vast carvern, illuminated only by her awareness. There on a mountain
of treasure accumulated by countless civilizations lay Minestus - that
evil Wyrm that had haunted so many for so long. “At last we truly meet,” he began informaly, speaking on a level beyond words, languidly appraising her being with his fiery red eyes. “At last my life’s dull work, and the work of my ancestors, has paid off.” Rami floated there in limbo. Below her she beheld her fragile body sprawled on the cavern floor - a beautiful but weak work of art the body was, so temporary and so easily destroyed. Where am I? she wondered.“Time and space have no meaning here,” the serpent informed her, licking his lips in wicked delight. “Reality is a paradox and a puzzle - and finally I have solved it.” But Rami doubted this claim.“You doubt me?” Minestus laughed. “You are so young. And with youth comes ignorance and arrogance. Therefore I will not hold you accountable for your insolence. If only you understood how special you are. The saga of our Multiverse reaches it’s climax now - an everlasting orgasm, if you will.”
