Painstakingly Critical

Sammy the cat sits on the end of the bed, watching Scott.

"Krissy?" Scott calls out in the direction of the opened door. "Is everything okay?"

But then, something pops out from underneath the bed. It looks like a dog puppet! Not so coincidentally, its name is Mr. Puppetdog.

"Golly gee whiz!" Mr. Puppetdog says in a very weird voice that will get old and annoying very quickly. "Can I help you?"
"Uh, yes," Scott says. "You probably heard our conversation, right?"
"I sure did, pally!"
"Did I just screw things up between Krissy and myself?"

1. Mr. Puppetdog is very helpful, and helps Scott realize the error of his ways.
2. "No, son, you didn't! Get in there and tap that some more!"
3. Sammy the cat hisses, then attacks Mr. Puppetdog.
4. Scott suddenly bends down and looks underneath the bed, finding out who Mr. Puppetdog really is. "JOSH!" he screams.
5. "I dunno, you're the one asking advice from a puppet!"
