The only snag with this success is that the Dragon now wants you to
compose more duets for Fred and Astra. Your argument, that it's expecting
too much for Fred to retain the lyrics of more than one song in his head
at any one time, is brushed aside.
What other duets can you remember? And how suitable will they be for
Fred's and Astra's unaccompanied voices?
-
That gives you an idea. You suggest to the Dragon that he should conjure up an instrument for Astra to learn to play. (You doubt whether Fred could be taught to play an instrument.)
-
You start teaching Fred and Astra "River Deep, Mountain High". Possibly not the best choice, but it's the only other duet that you can remember.
-
You start teaching Fred and Astra "I Got You, Babe".
-
You start teaching Fred and Astra "Well, Did You Evah?" At least Frank Sinatra sang that: in the film "High Society", with Bing Crosby no less.
