The King enters the room. He pauses, staring thoughtfully at the two. Velus notes, with happiness and confusion, that the injuries of his human friends are already gone.
Then with one swift motion, faster then a dog could blink, the King tears his OWN FACE OFF!
Only by sheer willpower does Velus keep from howling in fear.
Then he blinks.
The King had a new face underneath. Granted, it looked like a diseased baboon's unwashed behind but it was most definitely a face.
And he was now lighting up a pipe!
The King jammed the pipe into a fold on his own disgusting face and puffed.

  1. Velus got out of there.
  2. Velus spied some more.
  3. Velus cracks, howls in fear and is captured.
  4. Something silly happens.
