Decision Time

"It would, but I was going out of my mind with boredom trapped on that island. This is much more challenging. Also we now have the hope that we might eventually manage to find our way back to our homes, whereas we might well spend the rest of our lives on that island without being rescued. And our luck here seems to have changed for the better. My curse has been lifted, and we have clothes once again. It may seem a strange thing to say, but I feel happy, in fact happier than I've been for a very long time."

Eventually they decided:

1. To go through the portal.
2. Not to go through the portal.
3. That Fred would go through but Astra would not.
