the banks of the river as closely as you could, and before that the shore
of the great lake. If you retrace your steps, you are bound to find where
the ring fell." Seeing their expressions, he turned to Astra. "Something
tells me tracking should be one of your skills." Before either could say
anything, he said, "Please, finish your meals. I must leave for a while as
I have business to attend to." Without elaborating further, he left the hut. Astra sighed. "I don't how he knew, but he'th right. Though of royal blood, I thtill had to go through training which included underthtanding what trackth were made by which animal, and the tell-tale thingth left behind by thomeone'th or thomething'th journey through the jungle. The route we took thould be eathy enough to find, ath we weren't trying to hide it." It took Fred a few seconds to fully decipher what Astra had just said, but once he understood he nodded. He seemed to remember something.
