For all we know she’ll, upon becoming flesh again, go through a flurry of transformations to make up for lost time!!

But as it is, that is not something that happens. Oh, she does shift (into an exact duplicate of Fertal for Heaven’s sake) after the hour expires on her current form, but no flurry of transformations!

That could have been messy.

Instead, something else in the way of a shoe dropping comes our way.

We’d first started by introducing ourselves (us elves) to the mercury ex-dancer. The others had pretty quickly settled in for the night (very tiring journey by carpet, this time). We’d finally gotten some trust from the dancer (him? Her? Huh?) when it happens. Hadn’t gotten much of his story (more like his name and that he’d been task by his king to slay the dragon of the Southern Caverns . . . . usual stuff) when his eyes (silvery colored) glow bright RED! That and he takes on a blank look for a second, then an insanely gleeful look . . . And jumps into the air and start . . . flying? But when Fertal calls his name, he seems to start to fight against whatever has come over him….

Some kind of hex? Something that perhaps Fertal’s link to him (or whatever) is allowing this possible resistence?

Stryke’s getting concerned. Last hunter patrol has gone missing, mounts not to be found. He’s playing an ace in the hole. Spell that reaches out to possibly snare one (or more) of the Dancers.

1. Make them come to him! It’ll cost him much in resources and stamina, but better that than explain to his demonic handler what had happened….
