Why is there a police-man in a cave?

"AAAAAAH!!!" Fred ran as fast as he could, when he found a stray policeman and/or grownup wandering around. "Mr! A bad man did something bad!"

"Well you just tell me about it, Sonny Jim..." Said the Policeman and/or grown-up.

"I was talking to this guy... when he reached out and touched it!"

"OH MY GOD!" The policeman and/or grownup says, shocked, "What was the name of this criminal?"

"B-B-B... Belboz. Belboz the N-Necromancer."

"The criminal will not get away with touching your sword, be assured." The policeman and/or grown-up wrote something down on his notepad and then ran off in the direction of Belboz.

"Remember," Fred says to no-one in particular. "If you touch swords, you're a dirty creepy old man like Belboz!"
