The Never Ending Quest - Episode 40648

Sara and Jasper rush in from the Staircase Room Subway Station. They are gibbering and crying and slapping at random hallucinations.
Scott feeds them Morphine until they are calm enough to explain what had happened. The subway station had become the site of a flash mob. Not just any flash mob. A flash mob of mal-adjusted, un-socialized weirdos. The neckbeard stereotype.
Sara herself had had fourteen hats adjusted at her, which would not have been so terrible, but eleven had active sweat stains and two had crawling bugs. Someone had managed to leave his phone number in her pocket, despite Sara not remembering any of them getting that close.
"The ignorant internet apocalypse has started!" Jasper screams. "They found the exit to the outside world! Well, mostly."

  1. The entrance to the subway station is blocked off.
  2. The unwashed hat-wearing masses of ignorant internet madness smell Sara's makeup and follow her.
  3. Through a security camera they see the masses chase a Dorito bag en masse onto the rails and die.
  4. Everyone pauses for a musical number by 'Toad The Wet Sprocket'. Even the lonely losers.
