A Shen Tso/Astra Double Header

"Yes, thank you."

"Then let's get going. Maybe we should - we - um, Shen Tso, please don't be embarrassed but can you look between your legs and see if there's something on my neck? It's suddenly tingling."

"Certainly let me just - Princess! You must put me down at once! Your neck and shoulders are turning gold!"

But when Astra tried, she discovered the Tarani woman wouldn't come off. "You're stuck!" she exclaimed.

"It is worse than that, I fear," she replied. "I can no longer tell where your shoulders end and my legs begin."

"What?!?"

"We appear to be fusing together. If you wish to retain the use of your hands, I suggest you drop them."

Reluctantly, Astra did so - but just in time, as the golden glow made its way down her arms and crept into her hands.

Seconds later, it was complete - Astra and Shen Tso had fused into a single form. Their mutual body stood slightly less than seven feet in height, Two protrusions, indicating where Shen Tso's legs had rested, gave the impression that there was no neck. Their head appeared distended, with Astra's face below Shen Tso's smaller proportioned one, and a smaller pair of arms growing between the two. And their entire body now glowed with a golden metallic iridescence.

"I did not realize this would happen, Princess Astra," Shen Tso said. "I apologize most humbly."

1. "You couldn't have foreseen this," Astra said. "So now what do we do?"
2. "Liar!" Astra spat. "You planned this so you could hijack my body!"
3. Shen Tso was startled to realize she had spoken with both her mouth and Astra's.
4. Astra said nothing. Was it possible that Shen Tso alone controlled this form?
