"Hey, you dwarves," the dragon bellowed, "return my chest at once!"

The women put down their load and turned to face the wyrm. "Your chest?" Astra asked.

"Certainly. You have clearly just removed it from the caves, and everything in the caves is mine."

"The King of the Western Dwarves says that it belongs to him," Frederica told him. "Anyway, it's empty, so it can be of no value to you."

"I am in a good mood, so I will let you take the chest if you are able to help me. One of my prisoners has recently escaped. She is Princess Astra of Aqualaria, a tall redhead. She's probably naked. Have any of you seen her?"

1. The dwarf women all shake their heads.
2. "That's her!" Berenice says, pointing at Astra.
