The Tiger continued. "My real name is Abe, and once, many years ago, I
was an adventurer like yourself. I travelled far and wide with my wife,
seeking not honor or glory, but wealth."
"I had heard that this cave contained vast riches, so my wife and I came here, hoping to get enough treasure to retire on. Instead, we were captured by the Dragon! I was turned into a tiger and put into this cell. I do not know what happened to my wife. Lord Fred did not need much time to ponder. "Abe," he said, "you may join me on my quest to slay the Dragon. We will also quest to find your wife and release you from this curse!" Abe smiled. At last he was adventuring again!
