What Fred Thinks

Fred frowned. "I'll tell you what I think, this man is trash," Fred got up, "Manathus, you are the most repulsive being to ever walk this earth. Terrorizing the countryside, burning crops, taking children, then starting a war that wiped out the royal family of two nations. Then acting as though it's your choice where the power lies! All for the chance to become a court mage!"

"But the cure to the transformation-" Manathus began to argue.

"Is worth so much bloodshed? For a cure that may exist?" Fred spat at his Manathus' feet, "Clearly the dragon in you has destroyed what was once human. Now go and leave us in peace." Fred turned from him.

Manathus looked angry. "I offered you power."

"Which you had no right to give."

Manatus scowled. "You shall regret this."

1. He turned and left.
2. He chanted something under his breath. A lightning bolt appeared as if from nowhere and stuck Fred.
