Unfortunately, Josh errs and calls the Laugh-In cops, a squad of
wacky losers dressed up in psychedelic police uniforms. They usually run
into each other and fall down a lot, usually at a faster speed than
average, and accompanied by wacky organ music. So as Scott and Todd pound the skins, the Laugh-In cops basically get nothing accomplished. Josh is incensed beyond words...until three of the cops stumble upon Scott, which sends him crashing into Todd. The would-be drummers crash to the ground, knocking apart their drumkits. After that, the Laugh-In cops dogpile both of them, followed by the man in a yellow raincoat riding a tricycle. He crashes into the bassdrum, then falls the hell over. Josh finally cracks a smile.
