You Can't Talk to the Dude

Oh yeah, Josh needs a good lawyer, not a crack-brained lawyer who tends to write badly, and thinking everyone else is some kind of Nazi or closeted homosexual.

Anyway, Josh calls a good attorney, a gentleman named Jack Albert. He quickly states his case to Mr. Albert, who concludes that Josh definitely has a case. Within moments, papers have been presented to Scott and Todd, explaining that they've been sued.

What do Scott and Todd do in response?

1. Countersue!
2. They run to the Laugh-In wall for legal advice.
3. They just keep drumming, totally oblivious to everything.
4. They attack Josh's lawyer. Yes, that usually solves everything.
