Three of the Halflings that joined them looked quite normal, but that
made the fourth stand out even more. He was wearing a tweed-jacket and a clean bright shirt like the others, but he seemed to be missing several parts of his body. He had a black patch over one of his eyes. His hands were replaced by a fork and a knife, and he had a pegleg. He was also very skinny, and that was maybe the most unnatural thing about this Halfling. After all, his people were known for their big appetite, but this one looked like he ate no more than a few leaves of salad every day.
