Fred's initial misgivings upon entering the room are soon reinforced a
thousandfold when he hears a strange throaty rumbling coming from around
the corner. This is soon augmented by a shuffling sound, and both sounds
rapidly become louder, implying (if Fred remembered the laws of Physics
aright) that whatever is making the noises is coming closer. Fred knows he should try to escape, but discovers his body to be paralized by a combination of fear and morbid curiosity (much in the same way that it is very difficult to turn off the radio if a William Shatner song comes on). Soon Fred wants nothing more, is capable of wanting nothing more, than an end to the uncertainty. And if possible, for whatever was approaching to not be a zombie. Well, one out of two ain't bad . . . for what eventually lurches around the corner, deftly almost avoiding the water-cooler with a grace unexpected from a corpse with half its brain missing, is certainly a zombie. More than that - it is Zombie Dave, returned from God knows where. Fred fixes a fearful eye on the zombie (not literally - that would be hideous) and asks "Who are you? And what do you want?". Zombie Dave fixes a detached eye on Fred (literally - and it is hideous) and replies
