Josh goes down the stairs

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 36115

Josh heads down. The stairs slowly but surely change into a curving, carpeted, wrought-iron-railing mansion-type stairs. Close cement walls prevent him from seeing over the sides.
Soon Josh comes to a red door at the very bottom. The door is moldy, old, and barely hanging on to it's hinges.
The mold makes Josh sneeze, which knocks the door open. What is revealed?
