Fred disables the arms

The arm swung down on Fred, quickly, at the last moment, he dodged off to
the right and jumped onto the arm. It lifted back up into the air, and
began to swing him around madly. He struggled to maintain his balance and
attack the wiring. After a little while, an akward one-handed strike
pierces the wires, and this arm lights on fire too. Fred leaps off, nearly
losing his balance after he lands. He turns back towards the M-Tester,
hoping it can't attack without it's arms.
