Couch down the stairs

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 35401

"AaaaAHHH I hate youuuu!" screamed the couch as it tumbled down the curving staircase.
It rattled and rolled for about twenty seconds. Then stopped. Then rolled some more. It cursed in several known languages and a few known only to people who are forced to wear straitjackets.
Finally it tumbled down far enough that Fred could not hear it.

  1. Fred goes back to exploring the Staircase Room.
  2. Fred follows the couch.
  3. The couch tumbles downward from above.
  4. Fred stabs another couch.
